At BRENFORDE, we stand behind the craftsmanship and fit of every garment. We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
We gladly accept order cancellations before your package has been processed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once confirmed, you will receive a 100% full refund to your original payment method within 2–5 business days. No cancellation fees, restocking charges, or handling penalties will apply.
*If your order has already left our logistics center, it cannot be cancelled in transit. Please receive the package and initiate a standard return following our 30-Day Return Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all garment tags attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, BRENFORDE covers all return shipping costs.
• For standard returns (such as personal size or preference), customers are responsible for return postage. Zero restocking fees.
